Joe Crowley goes on a journey across the Kingdom of Fife.

In Dundee, Joe swims the freezing waters of the River Tay with members of Ye Amphibious Ancients Bathing Association, while in St Andrews he discovers how a bishop helped put Robert the Bruce on the throne of Scotland.

Next he heads for the village of Falkland, where he tells the unusual story of how American country star Johnny Cash found his roots in Fife.

Joe ends his journey at Deep Sea World on the Firth of Forth, filming sharks at feeding time.
