Still living the high life? We visit Traquair House in the Borders and Hopetoun House on the outskirts of Edinburgh to discover how you make old stately homes pay in the 21st century.

Highland Horn. We hear about the Highland company which collects animal horns which are turned into aphrodisiacs in the Far East.

Wagyu Beef. A Halkirk farmer hopes to cash-in on the trend for expensive Wagyu beef, but there won't be any massages or beer for his bull.

Ecologist in demand. We go on an otter and water vole survey with an ecologist who's seen his workload shoot up because of the desire of farmers and estates to set up renewable energy projects.

Geocaching. It's like orienteering but with GPS. Mark Stephen goes on a hi-tech treasure hunt ahead of a geocaching mega event in Perthshire.

Greener graveyards. We hear about a project to increase the number of plants and animals living in graveyards.

Aping around. We visit the Barbary macaques at Edinburgh Zoo as its vet carries out his morning rounds.

Plus we go kayaking at the Black Islands and meet some junior countryside rangers in Angus.
