    To mark the 25th anniversary of the death of poet Philip Larkin the streets in his adopted city of Hull have become overrun with giant, highly decorated, toads. The trail has been inspired by his two famous poems 'Toads' and 'Toads Revisited'.

    Spooks actress Miranda Raison talks about playing 'Queen Of A Thousand Days'- Anne Boleyn in Shakespeare's Henry VIII. She also takes on the role in a new play by Howard Brenton and both are running at Shakespeare's Globe Theatre in London.

    Emily Penn reveals why a hoard of giant toads has descended on Hull as the city marks the 25th anniversary of the death of one of it's most famous residents, the poet Philip Larkin.

    And book critic Alex Heminsley selects the best of this summer's literary sequels.

    This new exhibition celebraties some of British television's best-loved cartoon characters. It spans Pogles Wood to Wallace and Gromit taking in old friends such as Bagpuss, The Clangers, Roobard and Custard, Father Christmas and Bob The Builder. The exhibition runs at London's Cartoon Museum until Sunday 5th September.
