    Recipe: Goathead Soup
    Track: The Dynamics — King Tubby City Dub

    4 lbs chopped goat's head meat
    3 gallons of water
    10 or 12 green bananas
    1 lb flour for dumpling
    1 lb coco
    1 lb yam
    1 lb carrot
    1 lb cho cho (like a cucumber)
    1 lb irish potato
    1 lb yam
    1/2 lb scallion
    3 decent sized scotch bonnet peppers
    4 sprigs of fresh Thyme
    salt to taste

    1.Clean and cutup the goat's head goat's feet meat. Add 5 gallons of boiling water into the pot with all the meat.
    2.Simmer for roughly 3 hours or until meat is cooked and tender. Place in all the prepared vegetables and seasoning.
    3.Peel and add the chopped green bananas and cook on the same heat for another hour.
    4. Make dumplings with the flour and add to pot.
    5. Let cook for another hour and remember to remove the scotch bonnet peppers.
    6. Season to taste and add more liquid if needed.
