Synopsis

Aled says Good Morning Sunday to atheist and writer, Philip Pullman. He talks about his latest book, The Good Man Jesus and the Scoundrel Christ, which was written after the Archbishop of Canterbury asked him why he had written about God, but not Jesus.

Becky Silver also discusses the news of the week from a faith perspective and gives the Moment of Reflection.

Philip Pullman

Philip Pullman has been described as one of country’s “most outspoken atheists”. His latest work “The Good Man Jesus and the Scoundrel Christ” is a fable which reflects on Jesus and on organised religion – a work that was prompted by the Archbishop of Canterbury.
