Stop-frame animation. Nestling in gently rolling hills is Timmy's nursery school, cosily housed in some old farm buildings. Osbourne helps the class to make their own scarecrow. Mittens, meanwhile, proudly shows off the shiny new bell on her collar, but is inconsolable when later it goes missing. Timmy hears a faint ringing sound in the garden, and the hunt is on to find the missing bell.
