Great British Menu, Series 5 Episode 33 of 45

The country's top chefs are competing to cook at a glorious banquet, to celebrate the very best local produce from across the land and the stakes are high, as the host will be HRH The Prince of Wales.

The chefs from Northern Ireland battle it out with their main courses. Derek Creagh, Brian McCann and Niall McKenna are determined to win, but which dish will take pole position? Will it be loin of lamb, rack of lamb with slow-cooked shoulder, or fillet of Shorthorn beef with bone marrow?
