Duration: 30 minutes

It was supposed to unify Europe but it's ended up stoking controversy and causing fresh divisions. The European currency, the Euro, is in trouble - damaged by Greece's mountain of debt and fears that other countries could also be going the same way. The Greeks are now being bailed out by the other Euro member states but the crisis is far from over.

Distinguished economists Thomas Mayer and David McWilliams talk to Jonathan Charles.
