On a journey through Pembrokeshire, Liz Bonnin rides a horse on Druidston beach and takes to the waters of the Western Cleddau to hear the latest on the dispute between canoeists and anglers. In Milford Haven, she hears the story of the harbourmaster in charge during the agonising days of the Sea Empress oil disaster in 1996. After fishing off Neyland Marina, she eats the fruits of her labours.
