Home Sales
Figures released today by the National Association of Estate Agents show that he number of people trying to buy or sell homes rose in March. However, despite a slight increase in sales last month, the industry is still suffering from a lack of supply. Philip Bullman is South of England spokesman for the National Association of Estate Agents. He joins us on the programme.

Independent Record Stores
The number of independent record retailers has fallen to less than 300, which is two-thirds fewer than five years ago. The industry is fighting back against the decline by promoting tomorrow as Record Store Day. Nigel House, co-owner of Rough Trade Retail, a group of two record shops, tells Wake Up to Money how independent record stores plan to beat back competition from online and high street retailers.
