Missing Live asks viewers for their help to find some of the UK's disappeared. Working with police forces and the UK charity Missing People, the series reveals how they try to discover the whereabouts of the thousands of people who go missing every year.

In the studio, presenter Louise Minchin talks to family, friends and experts, exploring the heartbreaking stories of people currently missing. While, new for this series, Rav Wilding meets those who have been safely found, telling their incredible stories.

For the coming week's episodes, a different guest reporter joins a person who has previously gone missing to retrace their steps as a missing person. These eye-opening films reveal what goes through the mind of a missing person before, during and after their disappearance.

On this programme: Fiona Phillips meets Mayah who felt she had to go missing when her parents tried to force her into an arranged marriage.

Plus 82-year-old Eric Jay disappeared twice in one week, but after the second time he was lucky to be alive. He was eventually found 10 miles away from his home.

And the son and daughter of Mark Forth-Eglon ask viewers for their help to find him. He disappeared when they were both toddlers. Now in their teens, they reveal what life has been like without their dad.
