The heats have produced exceptional cooks, but only the best will make it through to the semi-finals. They face three tough tests - they must design an exceptional three-course meal that will impress the judges, but initially they must prove they have the skill, palate, talent, commitment and the passion to change their lives and pursue a foodie future.
