Stephen Sackur talks to Michael Nazir-Ali, the former Bishop of Rochester. Until recently he was one of the highest-profile serving bishops in the Church of England but abruptly relinquished his post in 2009. He remains a hugely influential conservative voice in the established church: within Britain he argues for the reaffirmation of society's Christian roots; beyond Britain he is committed to helping Christian minority communities in Muslim nations.
