Synopsis
Another chance to hear Matt Lucas host Radio 2's alternative awards show - the perfectly-title Lucases. Awards include the Lucas for Most Incomprehensible British Accent, the Lucas for Least Practical Pet, the Lucas for Best War and the Lucas for Worst Song to Be Released By An Otherwise Reputable Artist. The nominations are provided by this week's guests - Josie Long, Robert Popper and David Schneider - but the ultimate decision is down to the whim of the host.
Who will walk off with their very own Lucas? Will it be the Glaswegians, the people of Belfast or Tim Westwood; a dead dog, a blue whale or a mayflay; the Second World War, the Pig War or the War of the Worlds; REM, David Bowie or Jay-Z? Only And The Winner Is... has the answers.
