Duration: 30 minutes

Comedy. Award-winning radio phone-in host Gary Bellamy tries to pin down exactly what it means to be British.

What do we believe in in modern Britain, if anything? To try to find out, the award-winning Gary Bellamy visits the 'Garden' cult set up by Ian Knowles in Wales where his female followers have to shave their whole bodies and regularly visit him for inspiration.

Gary also talks to his girlfriend's favourite guru and spiritual healer, Gerhardt Winkel, author of The Sphere Of Wow and What The Heck Is Going On?

Plus, he attempts to get to grips with Islam by visiting a group of Muslim clerics in their mosque in Bradford.
