Synopsis
Colourful adventures of a group of birds who teach children about social responsibility. Elliot the worm decides that he'd like to join the budgies, but when Samuel and Rudy bring him to a meeting, Mr Beakman points out that the budgie code says a budgie is a bird who never gives up. Elliot, being a worm, doesn't qualify. The group must appeal to the Grand Budgie to change the rules and accept all creatures that never give up into the budgies.
