Liz Bonnin goes on a journey through the Ribble Valley, starting on the shifting sands of Formby Point and ending at the Yorkshire town of Todmorden.

En route, Liz crosses Cromwell's ancient bridge over the River Hodder, raises a flag at Clitheroe Castle and takes a narrowboat ride on the Rochdale Canal.

Finally Liz arrives in Todmorden, where she meets Incredible Edible, the group responsible for planting fruit and vegetables all over the town.
