The Nigerian President has been away for months receiving medical treatment abroad. His critics say his absence is crippling day to day government and business activity. Following a foiled terrorist attack on an American passenger plane by one of his citizens, the country is now being penalised. Jonathan Charles asks Nigeria's foreign minister Ojo Maduekwe what measures are being put in place by the government to prevent any further attacks.
