Cat Deeley presents an entertainment series in which judges Arlene Phillips and 'Nasty' Nigel Lythgoe search for Britain's favourite dancer. Joining them on the judging panel are guest choreographers and former popstar Louise Redknapp. Thousands of hopefuls take to the stage to show off their best dance moves, vying to be picked as one of the top 14 who make it through to the live shows.

    A round-up of some of the people who failed to get through, including Fabia, who takes a nasty fall during her audition.

  • Hip-Hop Dancers

    The hip-hop style is very popular among many of the competition’s participants; but will all the featured dancers be successful?

  • The Couples

    The performance by boyfriend and girlfriend duo Robin and Graham leaves the judges with a difficult decision to make.

  • Choreography

    Some of the dancers must dance with a partner in order to get through to the final 100; how will Billy the hip-hopper, Jordan Stone and Ros Lynch get on?

  • The Top 100: Day 1

    The lucky 100 dancers that were chosen must give their all if they’re to make it to the final 14. On the first day the dancers must master ballroom and hip-hop dancing - this proves tricky, however.

  • The Top 100: Day 2

    The 56 remaining hopefuls try the hip-hop dance again, followed by Broadway and contemporary dance. The final couples then get a big surprise.

  • The Top 100: Day 3

    Each of the groups must show off their group choreographed dance in order to overcome the final hurdle; will they fight through or will they implode?

  • The Top 100: Last Chance

    The remaining 26 dancers have a final chance to show the panel what they’ve got, but who will make the final 14?
