Old politics - and old politicians - were due to be swept away on a tide of moats, mortgages and flat screen TVs. But six months on what has really changed? From Hazel Blears to Jacqui Smith many of the most high profile MPs have vowed to fight on. In the Glasgow by election anti-corruption candidates failed dismally. So has the anger turned to apathy? Have voters already forgiven their MPs?
