Synopsis
The Corries signing Sally Free and Easy and David Bowie's Conversation Piece are two of the songs Edwyn Collins has chosen as being really important to him. He talks to Phil Cunningham about the significance of these songs and the three others he's picked in My Life in 5 Songs.
Edwyn's musical choices
The programme opens with Edwyn’s worldwide hit A Girl Like You.
The first of Edwyn’s five songs is The Silent Boatman by Parliament.
His second choice is Sally Free and Easy by The Corries and this is followed by Edwyn’s song Leviathan from his Home Again album.
