BIRDS AT CASTLE ESPIE
Darryl Grimason spoke to Castle Espie manager James Orr about the wide variety of wildfowl and waders which migrate to the area every winter – including almost the entire population of Light-bellied Brent Geese. CHRISTMAS FAIRS
There will be a Christmas Fair in aid of the Marie Curie Hospice Belfast, in Killinchy Community Hall on Saturday the 21st November, between 10.30am and 2pm.
There will be craft stalls, the opportunity to make your own Christmas cards, as well as demonstrations of how to make a table decorations and garlands.
And the SSAFA Forces Help Christmas Fair is also being held in the Hillsborough Village Centre on Saturday, between 10am and 4pm. There will be stalls, crafts and plenty of activities for the kids.
