Synopsis
Consumer show that goes to extreme lengths to make viewers aware of their rights so they can fight back and avoid being screwed.
On the receiving end of the team's appalling customer service are a motorist who gets unfairly towed, a shopper who is disappointed by a free promotional gift and a couple who are gutted when they get back their portrait photos from their photographer.
