Synopsis

Series focusing on new young talent in Wales - writers, actors, film and documentary makers.

Seventeen-year-old boy Ed is asked to look after his grandad Iorwerth, who's been diagnosed with Alzheimer's. Iorwerth is desperate for one last road trip to his childhood home, but refuses to tell Ed why until they arrive.
