Synopsis

Philip Campbell goes on a journey in search of tales about the cultural icons who shaped the mythological and social landscape of the northern counties of Ireland.

In this episode Philip travels through parts of Fermanagh, Cavan, Leitrim and Sligo to discover some lost local stories, including how a shrewd woman secretly saved her family from the famine.
