PM's Apology
Australian PM Kevin Rudd has apologised to the hundreds of thousands of people, some British migrants, who were abused or neglected in state care as children.
Belle de Jour
A former prostitute whose memoirs were turned into the TV series Secret Diary of a Call Girl, starring Billie Piper, has revealed her true identity.
Self Harm
We discuss assisted self harm where some hospitals and mental health units allow patients to self harm, with the view that managing the behaviour can make it safer. But some nurses disagree with the practice.
