Synopsis

Nicola Bee from Dyffryn Nantlle near Caernarfon was looking for a quick and easy way to sell her home to raise some much needed cash. So how did she end up facing a bill for thousands of pounds after a company she invited into her home signed her up for services she says she didn't fully understand? The charming salesman hadn't left copies of the contracts Nicola had signed, or explained her legal right to a cooling off period, and when Nicola tried to pull out of the deal because she hadn't had any prospective buyers, the situation got even more complicated.
