Synopsis

06:35 (00:05) – Chris debates the content of the weekend’s trail. He also tells us about his exhaustive weekend of running, XBox and cardigan buying. He says it’s not a cardigan, but it obviously was. He also received a text from Christine Bleakley at the weekend, which wasn’t meant for him, and might have been for Frank Lampard possibly maybe

07:05 (00:35) – Chris has a clip of Vernon’s show from Saturday when Matt Fincham was producing.

07:15 (00:45) – Natalie Cassidy didn’t wink on Strictly as far as we know. We’ll be talking to Calvin Harris later on, and then we hear the clip of Simon calling him an idiot from X Factor. Chris also heard Switch last night and has some issues with it. He also enjoyed Annie Mac yawning half way through a link

07:20 (00:50) – The YouTube video of us dancing now has nearly a quarter of a million views. We also promote the anti bullying message and through people the online advice and content

07:35 (01:05) – Aled has been watching another sporting event, but what was it? Yes it was of course Brighton vs. Southampton

07:50 (01:20) – Aled has been motivationally pestering Angelo to lose some weight and stay on target, and it seems to be working as we hear the results of Al’s phone call to him last night

08:05 (01:35) – Chris and Dave run down the chart from 10 to 1

08:15 (01:45) – We chat to Calvin Harris on the phone about his appearance on the X Factor on Saturday night

08:35 (02:05) – We talk about Strictly Come Dancing on Saturday and who went out. Ricky Groves left and Chris thinks Carrie’s ex Chris will be in the final 3

08:50 (02:20) – Rachel is here and we talk about our calendar shoot today for our forthcoming calendar

09:00 (02:30) – Tedious Link: The Streets – 'Dry Your Eyes'

09:05 (02:35) – N-Dubz drop by the studio to talk about their new album which is out today apparently

09:25 (02:55) – We talk about Dave's waterproof parody and the highbrow writing in it. We also then talk about Prince Charles and his credentials to be the Prince of Wales

09:45 (03:15) – Carpark Catchphrase with Claire and Daniel; Claire wins and is back tomorrow
