Synopsis

Child Care Vouchers
Child care vouchers for the better off are being withdrawn and the money is being targeted for less well off families.
Twin Town
We speak to the councilor from Lytham St Anne’s who doesn’t want her town twinned with a town in Japan.
Nursing
The government has announced that all new nurses in England will have to be educated to degree level from 2013.
