07:05 (00:35) – Robbie Williams is in the Live Lounge today with Fearne and we wonder what he's doing as his cover. Could it be Nana Windows? We also play a little blast of Barack Obama

07:20 (00:50) – We propose the idea of us all doing a calendar and what the theme should be

07:35 (01:05) – Natalie Cassidy is here and Carrie plays the highlights of her interview with Freddie Flintoff

07:45 (01:15) – We talk about how much we like the Mika record, and then run through the options for what Robbie could do as his cover today. We also talk to Rachel about whether she'll be in our calendar

08:05 (01:35) – Natalie Cassidy will be on next

08:15 (01:45) – Natalie Cassidy part one. We talk Strictly Come Dancing and who's up to what with who. We make list of 'yes' 'nos' and 'maybes'. We also talk about Natalie returning to EastEnders

08:35 (02:05) - We talk about losing weight and going to the gym and that nobody really enjoys it. We also talk about Dean Gaffney in the jungle
