Synopsis
Consumer show that goes to extreme lengths to make viewers aware of their rights so they can fight back and avoid being screwed.
On the receiving end of the team's appalling customer service are a shopper who buys a wrongly priced MP3 player, only to have it taken back by the shop, and a client who gets her coat set on fire by her hairdresser.
