Synopsis
How difficult is it for people with disabilities to get a job?
A fight is on to save the Aberdeen furniture factory Glencraft, which employs blind workers and others who believe they wouldn't get a job elsewhere. Are you unfairly discriminated against in the workplace because of a disability?
