Synopsis
Charlie Gillett's selection includes highlights from WOMEX, the annual gathering of the world music industry, which in 2009 takes place in Copenhagen. The event showcases the newest bands and the freshest talent in world music, including old-style American creole from Cedric Watson and Bijou Creole, and the musical nomads from Marseilles, Watcha Clan.
