07:05 (00:35) – We plug BBC Switch Live and the fact that the lines are now open. We highlight the age restriction and say that all of the 13 year olds who can’t get in, and come and be in our gang

07:20 (00:50) – Dave was on again with Cowhead lass night. We wonder whether we could twin ourselves with the Cowhead show like they do with Twin Towns

07:35 (01:05) – The lines have now closed for the Switch competition, and Chris does some out-of-character dedications and happy mentions for nice people. It’s just 'cos it’s Friday and he’s in a good mood

07:45 (01:15) – We do the Switch Live competition. Charlotte from Southampton wins and is incredibly excited

08:15 (01:45) – We try and educate Aled and Matt Fincham on the subject of the Paolo Nutini record and then we have Kimberley Walsh live on the phone
