06:35 (00:05) – Chris bought a garden vac yesterday but had a nightmare putting it together. He still can’t do it. We’re all useless at DIY and we wonder why can’t stuff come pre-assembled these days

07:00 (00:30) – We open the lines for the Switch Live competition

07:05 (00:35) – We talk a bit more about Chris’ garden vac problems

07:20 (00:50) – We go through the Roy Walker clips from Celebrity Come Dancing

07:45 (01:15) – Lara on the phone wins the Switch live tickets. She’s very good and wins – yay!

08:15 (01:45) – Dave Grohl is here. We have a bit of a catch up and talk about everything from leaf blowers to Kilimanjaro. He also sings ‘Love Boat’

08:35 (02:05) – Dave Grohl has just told us a great story off air which maybe we’ll repeat later

08:45 (02:15) – We talk about the greatest hits album and the EMA awards in Europe and then Dave Grohl goes next door to the Live Lounge to set up his guitar

08:50 (02:20) – Dave Grohl live and acoustic

09:10 (02:40) – Chris wonders why he’s not had a Foo Fighters album yet. We then run through the free album pecking order and then Chris runs through the free CDs currently on his desk

09:45 (03:15) – Carpark Catchphrase with Richard and Jessica

10:00 (03:30) – Jessica wins and is back tomorrow. Chris asks Fearne out, but sadly she can’t go because she’s swimming
