Synopsis
As BBC Wales starts using the B Word in a campaign to raise awareness about bullying, Radio 1 DJ Aled Haydn Jones returns to Wales and to his home town of Aberystwyth on an emotional personal journey to find out why he was bullied at secondary school, why people bully in the first place and what you should do if you're being bullied. Along the way, he hears from other young people who were bullied in school and also returns to his old school to try to put the ghosts of his past to rest. Will he get any answers?
