Synopsis

Johnnie Walker celebrates the 70s with classic tracks from both sides of the Atlantic and archive sessions.

Legendary record producer John Leckie joins Johnnie live in the studio to talk about his days working as a tape-op at Abbey Road Studios in the 70s.

Archive radio clips of John Lydon talking about Public Image Ltd make up this week's Radio Rewind and the music focus is Canadian musician and songwriter, Joni Mitchell.

This Week's Music Focus: Joni Mitchell in 1972

Coming Up: 25 October

Archive of John Lennon makes up the "Radio Rewind" feature, for the music focus Johnnie will be looking back at Stevie Wonder's work from the decade and Johnnie's guest will be 70s pop idol, David Essex.
