Dougie Donnelly introduces live coverage of the Co-Operative Insurance Cup tie from Palmerston Park, the first-ever live match from the Dumfries venue.

Queens have begun their first division campaign strongly, and will be looking to continue their cup exploits of recent seasons, which saw them reach the Scottish Cup Final of 2008 against the Ibrox side. Rangers reached the final of this competition last season, and will be hoping to go one better this time around.

Kick off is at 1935, and commentary comes from Paul Mitchell and Craig Paterson, with studio analysis from Pat Nevin and Ian McCall.
