Iceland's government could be on the verge of collapse after failing to agree on plans to repay money owed to Britain. Including, why businesses without televisions could be breaking the law if they don't have a TV licence and, the majority of product providers are letting down consumers with poor information.

  • Iceland Economy

    An economy expected to shrink by 8.4 per cent, public finances in a mess and a government with massive debts caused by banking collapses. No, not the UK but Iceland. Their government looks shaky after the health minister resigned, protesting about plans to repay billions of dollars to the UK and Dutch governments. Professor Jon Danielsson, economist at the LSE, explains why Iceland was so hard hit.

  • Icesave Savers

    If you invested in a cash ISA at collapsed bank Icesave, you won't lose your money, but you might lose your tax free status if you don't act quickly. Geoff Tresman, chairman of the independent financial adviser Punter Southall, has more details.

  • TV Licences

    Does your business have a TV licence? If not, you could be breaking the law and subject to a £1,000 fine. That's because shops and offices may need a license if people watch TV on their premises via computers and mobile phones. We ask Ian Fannon, spokesman for TV Licensing, for clarification.

  • With-Profits Market

    Up to five million investors hold with-profits policies with life insurance companies that are "doomed to fail", according to new research by with-profit experts, exitwith-profits.co.uk. We ask Matthew Morris, director of exitwith-profits.co.uk, how many people are affected.
