06:35 (00:05)– Chris arrived at work with some Mr Sleepy dust in his eyes. Last night Chris had a double act deliver his dinner at the studios. That's right it was Torville and Dean. Yesterday Dom interviewed Ozzy Osborne and we'll find out how that went shortly. Today the team are in the studio recording their bits for the album. Everybody’s been practicing. Sadly there is no room for Matt Fincham in there, but we might try and wind him up anyway

07:20 (00:50) – We talk about the Mobos from last night and who won what. Well done to JLS and N Dubz and Trevor Nelson who won best DJ

07:35 (01:05) – Angelo live on the phone. He's not lost anything again this week, but at least I suppose he's not put anything on.

07:55 (01:25) – Dave has learnt a new tune on the stylophone. This time it's MGMT

08:05 (01:35) – More Stylophonic magic from Dave

08:20 (01:50) – Alesha is in tomorrow so we have a quick go at the strictly come dancing judges game

08:25 (01:55) – It's recording day today, so Chris tries give Dave some vocal lessons to warm him up

08:45 (02:15) – We play the Strictly game. Aled wants to be Cheryl Cole's friend, so we imagine what that might be like if she knew him and liked him Dom's highlights of the Ozzy Osborne interview yesterday. The Ozzy stuff is great, especially the naked hotel stories

09:00 (02:30) – Tedious Link – Aerosmith – Dude Looks Like A Lady

09:05 (02:35) – Fifa and Muggle chat with Chris

09:20 (02:50) – Colin Murray has a new book out about football. We get Aled to learn some facts so that he can compete in football chat in the pub with proper blokes

09:45 (03:15) – Carpark Catchphrase with Jonny and Shona. It's a drawer but Shona decides to talk herself out of coming back on Monday, so Jonny wins.

10:00 (03:30) – We talk to Fearne about her fashion
