Tonight from 10.30pm: Should Elton adopt?

Elton John wants to adopt a 14 month old baby boy from the Ukraine with his partner David Furnish. But should he?

He's said before that he travels too much to have a family - is being part of a famous, touring foster family going to have a bad effect on a child growing up, or do you think he'd settle down? Ukrainian officials have said they don't recognise gay couples and that the singer's also too old. Does any of this really matter, and is the sexuality of prospective adoptive parents important?
