Synopsis
Anne Robinson returns to present a new-look, hour-long Watchdog, which also includes the undercover filming series Rogue Traders.
Anne, Matt Allwright and Anita Rani challenge the big companies letting viewers down, solving problems, testing claims, and exposing bad service.
Among the investigations and topical reports, EastEnders actress Melissa Suffield (known to millions as Lucy Beale) discovers the unexpected place promoting a dangerous message about sunbeds; Anita helps some angry customers find the best way to send their complaints right to the top; and in Rogue Traders, Matt has a dramatic showdown with a company he has taken on before. Plus the latest consumer news and advice.
