    The Goodwood Revival in West Sussex started today reliving the glory days of its Motor Circuit from yesteryear. Celebrity visitors include Rowan Atkinson, Nick Mason of Pink Floyd, former US astronaut Buzz Aldrin, as well as numerous stars from the world of motorsport.

    The Historic Dockyard at Chatham steps back in time this weekend with its Salute To The 40s. Highlights include Rationing and Life on the Home Front; Street Party Celebrations; Authentic Tea Rooms; Land Army and Farming Displays.

    The Merchant City Festival in Glasgow begins on Thursday offering a diverse platform for the arts with some of the best of Scottish art and entertainment including theatre, music, comedy, fashion, visual art, film, dance, literature, continental markets and much more!

    Garden Gourmet festival at Belfast’s Botanic Gardens begins tomorrow and features a range of gardening and culinary treats ~ a flower show, fruit and vegetable displays, live music, plant and craft stalls and award-winning food. There’ll be plenty of entertainment that includes something for all ages and children under 16 go free.

    As part of this year’s Somerset Art Weeks, Art For Everyone features over 450 artists showcasing a range of visual arts from pottery and painting to new media in more than 90 venues and public locations across the county. Events include 'Cream' the West Somerset signpost show, and 'Transform' which is a multi-media exhibition created by the art group at Shepton Mallet Prison.
