Synopsis
Tel Aviv was officially founded in 1909, and to mark the occasion Moshe Morad takes a stroll along its five-mile stretch of beach, meeting a collection of local characters. Writers, artists, musicians, rabbis, comedians, Jews, Arabs, politicians, glamour girls, bakers, refugees and friends help paint a portrait of a modern city in an ancient land.
