06.30 – News and Sport

06:35 – Dom last night cooked a burgerlette, so we find out exactly how he made it. Dom checks out Dave’s new scent which some women find very powerful and incapacitating. Carrie is sat on Centre Court at Wimbledon and a sniffer dog has just turned up.

07:00 - News and Sport

07:00 – We have a quick natter with Carrie again who’s at Wimbledon and the picture of her makes her thumb look weird.

07:05 – We talk about going to see Take That today, and debate whether their comeback is the greatest of all time. Dave tries to convey this through the medium of song.

07:20 – Aled has got Rock Aerobics for us to do. We all wear headbands and it looks a bit silly.

07:30 - News and Sport

07:35 – Carrie at Wimbledon again, and she’s just seen the picture of Aled covered in loads of headbands, looking a bit like the cat in the hat from the children’s book, The Cat In The Hat.

07:45 – Carrie is live on Centre Court and so is her ex boyfriend. We do our best to ensure the situation isn’t uncomfortable for her.

08:00 - News and Sport

08:05 – More fun with Carrie live on Centre Court, and Chris and Dave discuss the pronunciation of Poppiholla.

08:20 – Apparently BBC News have moved away from Carrie so our cables can’t reach them. How childish. We’ll get our own back though, because Carrie’s allowed to sit in the umpire’s chair and use the mic.

08:30 – News and Sport

08:35 – The BBC Breakfast bulletin is on now and Carrie shouts ‘We weren’t on a break.” She also does star jumps in the back of the shot. It works a treat.

08:45 – We check that Carrie’s ok and BBC Breakfast isn’t narked with us. Everybody’s fine.

09:05 – Rachel is here and we tell her about Carrie’s morning at Wimbledon, and then Carrie tells us about her weekend at Glastonbury.

09:20 – Greg in the queue at Wimbledon. We get him some Pimms while he waits.

09:30 – News and Sport

09:45 – Jaguar Skills has mixed the Wimbledon theme tune, and then we play his other mix.

09:50 – Cheggers’ Pop Quiz with Kara and Natalie. It’s a draw so they’re both back tomorrow.

10:00 – Jo’s late so we play a series of games to pass the time.
