Synopsis
Erik Solheim, a Norwegian Government minister, is one of the world's most experienced practitioners of conflict resolution. From Zimbabwe to Burma he advocates engagement, not isolation. He talks to Stephen Sackur about his attempts to broker a deal between the Sri Lankan Government and the Tamil Tigers, and why they failed.
