Synopsis
Cathy savours the sweet taste of success as she spends a day with 20 year-old Edinburgh SuperJam entrenpeneur Fraser Doherty. Having been taught to make jam by his Donegal-born grandmother as a teenager, he was inspired to set up his own company and manufacture jam for the masses. Still a teenager, he persuaded Waitrose to stock his product and from there his business grew to achieve a turnover of over a million pounds.
