  • PRAYERS

In our prayers we pray that God’s word will bring us truth and your spirit will make us holy. Through God’s power may our lives bear witness to our faith.

May our faith in the one eternal God bring us health of mind and body.

We ask God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit to share their life of love and compassion with us. Help us to recognise that the love we show to others and which we receive from others, is truly the love of God.

May all who are fearful this night, know that the love of God overcomes all fear.

May the sick find healing in the name of God the Father who created you, God the Son who redeemed you and God the Holy Spirit who brings you consolation.

We offer all our prayers through our Lord Jesus Christ your Son who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit one God forever and ever, Amen.

May God to continue to bless us with faith, hope and love.

May we have the blessing of God’s protection this night and throughout our lives.

May we have friends to console us, companions to take away our loneliness and may we always be blessed with the gift of life.

And may almighty God bless us in this life and in the next.

In the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, Amen.
