Synopsis

Every Sunday Emma Forbes brings a little sparkle with the sunrise. Playing classic tunes, she invites listeners to join her Early Breakfast Show over tea and toast. If you've just finished a night shift and need that extra kick to get you home or the kids kept you up all night, then Emma' s got just the tonic for you.

Each week Emma will kick start the morning with movie memories in Play It Again Em' - a chance to relive your all-time favourite movie track. Emma would like you to share your love for the song, confess to how you relive that movie moment, or explain why it's guaranteed to get you reaching for the tissues.

She'll also be teaming up with fellow new girl Zoe Ball to start a new club. If you've got a houseful of kids camping in the lounge for the weekend, or you're going to be up all night partying with your friends, then why not join the Radio 2 Sleepover Club. Every week Emma and Zoe will be will be inviting a group of members to tell us what they're up to and pick a favourite tune.

If you've got a problem, no matter how big or small, then Emma's Dilemmas is especially for you. Do you need help catching the eye of that special someone or want to know how to mend your broken heart? Perhaps you're planning a party and need some advice on how to make it fun and memorable. Or maybe you need a confidence boost to help you get through a big event. Then write in to see if Emma has the answer for you.

Finally, Emma adds some glitter and glamour to the day when she heads stateside for some showbiz gossip in her weekly From New York To LA slot. Every week find out what all the celebs have been up to and discover the latest quirky craze from across the pond. Filling Emma in on all the showbiz gossip in LA this week is Amy Pickard.
