Following her father's death, runaway Nina returns to Glasgow from London to take over the running of her dad's beloved Indian restaurant, the Taj. While preparing to enter a televised curry competition, and fending off the attentions of a jilted ex, she finds herself becoming attracted to her pretty new business partner, Lisa. But is she willing to follow her heart and risk her family's disapproval for a second time?
